1. Who we are

This website is operated by Impex Group (“Impex”, “we”, “us”), an automotive spare parts retailer founded in 1989, with its head office at Plot 37717, Nkoyaphiri, Gaborone, Botswana. 2. Products and pricing

All prices are shown in Botswana Pula (P) and include VAT at 14%. Receipts and order confirmations show the VAT breakdown. Prices and stock availability may change without notice; obvious pricing errors may be corrected before an order is confirmed. Product images are illustrative — always confirm fitment for your specific vehicle, and ask our technical sales team if unsure.

3. Orders

An online order is an offer to purchase. Orders are confirmed once we issue an order number (format SAL-ORD-YYYY-#####) and, where prepayment applies, once payment is received. We may decline or cancel an order where stock is unavailable, payment fails, or an error occurred — in that case any amount paid is refunded in full.

4. Payment

We accept the following payment methods:

• Card payments (Visa / Mastercard), processed securely by our payment provider — card details are never stored on our servers
• Orange Money and MyZaka mobile money
• Bank transfer (EFT) — orders are processed once payment reflects
• Pay on collection at any branch (card or cash)

5. Delivery and collection

Orders can be collected free of charge at any of our branches, or delivered per our Delivery & Returns policy (Gaborone delivery P60, nationwide courier P120). Delivery timelines are estimates, not guarantees.

6. Returns and warranties

Returns, refunds and manufacturer warranty claims are handled per our Delivery & Returns policy. Nothing in these terms limits your rights under the Consumer Protection Act of Botswana.

7. Your account

You are responsible for keeping your account credentials confidential and for activity under your account. We may suspend accounts used fraudulently or in breach of these terms.

8. Website content

Content on this website (text, images, logos) belongs to Impex Group or its licensors and may not be republished or sold without permission. Brand names and logos of product manufacturers (Bosch, Ferodo, Hella, Champion, Monroe, NGK, Wynn's, Shell and others) belong to their respective owners and are used to identify genuine products we stock.

9. Liability

We supply parts in good faith based on the information you provide. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, including loss arising from incorrect fitment where the part supplied matched the order, or from vehicle damage caused by installation not performed by us. Our total liability for any order is limited to the amount paid for that order.

10. General

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Botswana, and the courts of Botswana have jurisdiction. If any provision is found unenforceable, the remainder stays in effect. We may update these terms from time to time; the version published on this page applies.
