1. Who is responsible

• Account details — name, email address and/or phone number when you create an account
• Order details — items ordered, delivery address, chosen branch, payment method (never your full card number — card payments are processed by our payment provider)
• Enquiries — messages you send us by email, phone or WhatsApp
• Technical data — basic logs (IP address, pages visited) used to keep the site secure and working

3. How we use it

• To process and deliver your orders and let you track them
• To respond to enquiries and provide parts advice
• To operate, secure and improve the website
• To meet legal obligations (tax records, VAT invoices)

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not send marketing without your consent.

4. Who we share it with

• Payment providers — to process card and mobile money payments securely
• Couriers — name, phone and address, only as needed to deliver your order
• Our ERP system — orders are recorded in our internal business systems
• Authorities where the law requires it

We use only cookies necessary for the site to function: keeping you signed in and remembering your cart. We do not use advertising cookies. You can clear cookies in your browser at any time; the site remains usable, but you will be signed out and your cart emptied.

6. Security and retention

The site is served over HTTPS, passwords are stored hashed, and access to customer data is limited to staff who need it. Order records are kept as long as required for tax and warranty purposes; you may ask us to delete your account at any time.

7. Your rights
