How your order reaches you, and what to do if something isn't right.

Delivery options
- Branch collection — free. Collect at any of our 15 branches nationwide. In-stock items are usually ready the same day; we notify you when your order is ready.
- Gaborone delivery — P60. Same or next business day within Gaborone.
- Nationwide courier — P120. 2–4 business days to any town in Botswana.
- Fleet / business delivery. Scheduled deliveries for fleet and trade accounts — arranged with our sales team.
Delivery timelines are estimates and start once payment is confirmed. If an item must be transferred from another branch, we will tell you the expected date before dispatch.
Returns
Unused parts in their original, undamaged packaging can be returned within 30 days of purchase with proof of purchase (receipt or order number) for a refund or exchange. Please note:
- Electrical and electronic parts (sensors, modules, globes, batteries once installed) cannot be returned once fitted, unless faulty
- Special-order and cut-to-length items are non-returnable unless faulty
- Oils and fluids can only be returned sealed and unopened
Faulty parts and warranties
Parts we sell carry the manufacturer's warranty. If a part is defective, bring it to any branch (or contact us for courier orders) with your proof of purchase — we will assess it and repair, replace or refund per the warranty and the Consumer Protection Act of Botswana. Warranty does not cover damage from incorrect installation, misuse, or normal wear.
Refunds
Approved refunds go back to the original payment method — card refunds via our payment provider, mobile money to the paying wallet, EFT to the paying account — normally within 7–14 business days. Pay-on-collection orders that were not collected are simply cancelled.
